The final of the Sheena Wood Rosebowl was played yesterday
at Portlethen Golf Club between Kirsty Craig (Kemnay) and Susie Macleod
(Aberdeen Ladies).
Great golf was played by the two finalists in blustery
conditions. Kirsty was 3 up after nine holes, but Susie fought back with 2
birdies and an eagle, squaring the game after 16 holes. It could have gone
either way but Kirsty managed to close out the match at the 18th
hole, winning by 1 hole.
Congratulations to Kirsty on winning the Rosebowl.
