Tri-Am Craibstone Golf Club 12 September 2025
Our final event, the County Tri-Am at Craibstone Golf Club was a great success with 108 ladies,
36 teams taking part. The course was in magnificent condition and all the
ladies thoroughly enjoyed the strategic challenges it presented.
In first place, with a runaway score of 92 points were the
Murcar Links Team of Shirley Copland, Liz Garden and Jill Ramage. Each player
contributed many points but this fantastic score was definitely helped by Jill’s
impressive back nine of 39 strokes giving her 27 points alone. Many
congratulations from the county to the winning team.
In second place, with a commendable score of 86 points, came
another Murcar Links team, Michelle Black, Joanne Davidison and Vicki Neish.
In third place, with 85 points, came the team of Lynn Kelly,
Lyn Park and Lorna Whyte from Meldrum House Golf Club.
In fourth place also on 84 points, on a countback came Anne
Christiansen, Gladys Main and Sheila
McNaught, from Newmachar Golf Club.
