Aberdeenshire
were well represented by Sarah Black (Deeside), Carmen Griffiths (Aboyne),
Jasmine Mackintosh (Hazlehead) and Shannon McWilliam (Aboyne) in the Scottish
U18 Girls’ Open Stroke play championship which was played at Montrose Links
during the Easter holidays. After the 3 rounds Carmen finished tied
44th, Jasmine 28th and after a poor first round of
79 Shannon finished strongly with rounds of 71, 67 to take the runner up slot
on countback.
