The first mentioned club is the home club. Both clubs are responsible for making initial contact to arrange the date and time of the match. Dates for ties should be arranged by 1st May and the home club must offer at least three dates to the opposition. A mixture of evening and weekend dates should be made available.

Once matches have been arranged, all dates should be sent to the Vice Captain.
